About this opportunity
The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is soliciting bids on six Job Order Contracts (144–149) for construction services under IFB LACDA26-042, with bids due August 17, 2026. Bidders must submit separate bids for each contract number.
Each contract has a maximum value of $6,402,606 and a one-year term, or until maximum expenditure is reached, whichever comes first. If LACDA issues a work order before contract expiration, the term extends automatically to allow completion of that original scope. There is no minimum contract value. The scope requires furnishing all labor, material, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the Statement of Work and contract documents—a typical open-ended job order structure common to housing management work.
Awardees must execute LACDA's standard contract form, a sample of which is included in the bid package. LACDA will not award to or obligate itself with any bidder who refuses to execute the standard form. Bidders must guarantee their bid for a minimum of 270 days. Failure to submit accurate and complete responses to all questions in the solicitation package may result in a non-responsibility determination.
The complete IFB package is available for download at LACDA's procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lacda.
