The RFQ documents include provisions for minority-owned, women-owned, small business, and service-disabled veteran-owned business certifications, though no specific set-asides are mandated for any particular enterprise category. Vendors must submit company information including federal identification number, New York State Department of Labor registration number, and SFS vendor identification number as part of their proposal. Labor rates must comply with the New York State Department of Labor prevailing wage schedule, and vendors are required to complete certified payroll documentation using the DOL WH-347 form.
