The procurement spans five distinct groups totaling 43,000 bulbs: Group A (17,000 bulbs) in red, yellow cubed, and vase-shaped varieties; Group B (7,000 bulbs) with red, yellow, and purple lily-shaped types; Group C (11,600 bulbs) in yellow, soft orange, and burgundy; Group D (4,000 bulbs) with soft orange, golden-red double, and sunset-shaded blooms; and Group E (3,400 bulbs) of hyacinth jambalaya varieties. All bulbs must be at least 12 centimeters in size, achieve plant heights between 15 and 22 inches at blooming, be capable of blooming for 2–3 seasons, and arrive in prepackaged mixtures with specified percentages of early, mid, and late spring bloomers suitable for USDA Zone 6.
This is a one-time purchase with no renewal options. Delivery is required to the East Campus Facility at 320 Michigan Avenue, Charleston, West Virginia during the first week of October 2026, scheduled through Carles Farley at 304-352-5494.
