Contract requirements mandate submission of a bid bond equal to 5% of the maximum bid price with the proposal, along with proof of insurance including General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate), Commercial Automobile ($1,000,000 combined single limit), Professional Liability ($1,000,000 per claim/$3,000,000 aggregate), and Workers Compensation coverage, all issued by A.M. Upon contract award, 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The Systems Integrator role will be negotiated separately with SKM and is not included in this subcontractor solicitation. No specific set-asides for disadvantaged enterprises or restrictions on organizational types are noted in the available documentation. Liquidated damages are assessed at $1,500 per calendar day for failure to achieve substantial completion and $1,500 per calendar day for failure to achieve final completion. Contractor responsibilities encompass all labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, bonding, insurance, testing, start-up, demonstration, training, and commissioning of all systems, with payment made monthly based on work progress according to an approved Schedule of Values. The specific budget or award value range for this project is not disclosed in the available documentation, though the project scope and nine-month timeline suggest a significant construction contract value.
