About this opportunity
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division is requesting quotes for one Boston Whaler 210 Guardian boat package, with quotes due July 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST and delivery required by September 30, 2026.
The scope consists of a Boston Whaler 210 Guardian Montauk vessel, a Mercury 150 XL EFI 4-Stroke Thrust engine (or comparable SeaPro equivalent), and a galvanized trailer. The vessel must meet U.S. Coast Guard regulations and industry standards for marine operations in Michigan waters and satisfy detailed technical specifications covering hull construction, engine performance, navigation and communication systems, and safety equipment. The specifications document establishes baseline cruising speed, fuel capacity, and seating configurations to support DNR's water-based conservation and law enforcement activities.
Delivery is FOB Destination to DNR Law Enforcement in Gaylord, Michigan, with all pricing to include shipping costs. The State will not pay for line-item overages exceeding 5% and reserves the right to cancel if quoted items are on backorder and purchase from alternative sources; shortages of 5% or less may be accepted. Quotes must remain valid for 60 calendar days from the due date. Payment terms are net 45 days after invoice receipt via electronic funds transfer only.
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) consideration is available for eligible vendors, with documentation required at submission. Vendors must be registered in SIGMA VSS and provide banking information for payment processing. Questions are due by July 6, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST, directed to Lisa Crozier-Green; answers will be posted by July 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST. All responses must be submitted through SIGMA VSS with required documentation attached.
