Compensation will be negotiated on a cost-plus-multiplier basis, subject to a maximum salary multiplier rate of 3.00 without approval from the City's Chief Financial Officer. A minimum of three qualified respondents will be short-listed and invited to present before an advisory committee, with final selection and contract negotiation to follow. The City reserves the right to reject any submissions and terminate negotiations at any stage. Questions are due October 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The qualification statement opening will occur virtually on October 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Drainwell inspection reports are available as a supporting exhibit to inform the response.
