This procurement is open to all vendors; however, proposals will be evaluated for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Disability Business Enterprise participation, with bonus points awarded based on utilization of certified subcontractors and suppliers who must be certified by the Division of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion or the Governor's Commission on Disabilities at the time of bid submission. No incumbent vendors or existing contractors are listed. The contract will commence upon purchase order issuance for an initial one-year period with renewal options for up to one additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and fund availability; awards extending past June 30th are contingent upon fund availability at the State's discretion. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Ocean State Procures at www.ridop.ri.gov, and DCAMM will provide the awarded vendor with the original constructed Stormwater Management Plan and all associated documentation for the Pastore Campus.
