Additional deliverables include removing and reinstalling acoustical ceiling as needed, installing ductwork with fire dampers, providing floor grilles and equipment stands with metal enclosures, modifying concrete pads, installing new refrigerant piping and drain lines, completing all electrical work, and integrating communications into the existing Building Automation System via BacNet. The vendor must provide manufacturer startup and checkout and obtain a pre-final inspection seven to ten days before completion. Work is restricted to Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 3101 J. David Jones Parkway, Springfield, Illinois. No subcontractors are permitted; the awarded vendor and its employees must perform 100 percent of the work. Compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is required.

The initial contract term is one year from execution, with a maximum total term not to exceed ten years. A performance bond of $22,400 is required; no bid bond is required. Standard 2-year commercial warranties on workmanship and labor apply. General commercial liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 annual aggregate, auto liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and worker's compensation insurance as required by law are mandatory, with the State named as additional insured.
