The contract covers a five-year ordering period with performance at the Kansas City VA Medical Center located at 4801 East Linwood Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri. No specific incumbent contractor or award value is identified in this market research phase, as the Sources Sought is intended to inform the government's acquisition strategy and identify potential qualified vendors rather than to solicit formal proposals. The procurement is classified under NAICS code 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) and PSC category W065 (Lease or Rental of Equipment—Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies), reflecting the rental and leasing nature of the surgical laser services being sought.
