Request for Quotation (RFQ) related Questions & Answers:
The following questions and responses were received in conjunction with subject RFQ:
1) Can the Government please confirm that the required size of the panel is 24/20, to match the size of the enclosure?
2) Can the Government please confirm that a life safety battery disconnect switch will be required?
3) Can the Government please confirm that fiber jumpers from the enclosure to the
patch panel are required?
The following responses are herewith provided:
1) The required panel is CP2420 to match the enclosure. The CP2424 stated in the Statement of Work SOW was incorrect. Reference SOW Paragraph 5.13.1.1., Page 6.
NOTE: This change is considered very minor in nature, and therefore, the Government decided to not submit a revised SOW at this time, a revised SOW will be submitted along with the Award documents.
2) No, a battery disconnect module is not required since the batteries have F2 terminals for easier connection/disconnection.
3) Yes, the fiber jumpers are required per the SOW.
!!!The aforementioned questions and associated responses/revisions do not require an extension of the proposal due date!!!
Please also note that the Contracting Offcer for this requirement has changed (please see below).
