An organized site visit has been scheduled for--
19 June 2015 @ 09:00 a.m. Alaska Daylight Time
Contact TSgt Jeremy Hemington at jeremy.hemington@us.af.mil to attend the site visit. Interested parties are required to provide a list of their participants via email not later than 19 June 2015 at 06:30 a.m. Alaska Daylight Time and to arrive early enough prior to the site visit on 19 June 2015 to obtain their required passes from Security Forces personnel.
This site visit will be limited to the following facilities only: Buildings 1336, 1337, 1341, 1347, 1348, 2207, 3309, 3310, 3446, 3460.

Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for HVAC renovation work to include (but not limited to) replacing older inefficient fan and pump motors with premium efficiency motors, installing and integrating variable frequency drives (VFDs) on pump and fan motors to improve efficiencies and equipment life, and replacing hydronic heating system pumps. The contractor shall provide all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings at Eielson AFB Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
The disclosure of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(e).
This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $15.0M. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The solicitation has been issued electronically. It is available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished.
