Added: Apr 28, 2017 3:04 pm Attachment is SF 30 Post Closing Amendment to the original solicitation clarifying the number of IDIQ contracts that MAY be awarded.  This Post Closing Amendment revised the following in Section M- Evaluation Factors for Award.
Paragraph A. BASIS FOR AWARD changes from: "The awards will be made too four (4) offerors whose proposals are determined to be superior based on a Best Value criteria", to "The awards will be made to no more than four (4) offerors whose proposals are determined to be superior based on a Best Value criteria".

The Description has been changed in order to CLARIFY  the number of IDIQ contracts that MAYbe awarded.  Note the BOLD text in Description: "NO MORE THAN FOUR (4) WILL BE ISSUED."

This is not a request for solicitation or notice of re-sollicitation. The response date is not for receipt of proposals but intended to set the date for this notice to be archieved.

Added: Apr 12, 2016 3:49 pm Modified: Apr 20, 2017 12:59 pmTrack Changes The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, intends to issue a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Regional Real Estate Support Services. The MATOC is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract that will be issued to no more than four (4) highly qualified businesses that specialize in the real estate field. The selected firms will form a pool and will be allowed to compete against each other for projects to be awarded by Task Order. MATOC length shall be for a total of five (5) years, a base period of 12 months and four option periods of 12 months each. 

This acquisition shall be set aside for businesses registered with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541191, "Title Abstract and Settlement Offices".

This presolicitation anouncement is not a request for proposals. A request for proposals is anticipated to be posted on FedBizOpps by no later than 26 April 2016.

Real Estate Support Services to be provided under this contract shall include: title research, appraisals, surveys, negotiation services, escrow support, land mapping, land research, Declaration of Taking preparation, relocation assistance, and bilingual / Spanish language translation.


The region for services to be provided under this contract will include Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. Selected offerors will be required to hold licenses/certifications required to conduct business in the states listed.

The attached SF1449 solicitation document has been assigned a new solictation number W9126G-16-R-0075. All correspondence regarding this acquisition should reference this new numbeer.

This acquisition is subject to the Service Contract Act.  Due to the large number of jurisdictions in which performance may be required, the applicable SCA Wage Determination shall be issued with each Task Order.
