The solicitation is being released as a request for proposals (RFP) under solicitation number SAQMMA15R0311. This requirement will be solicited under full and open competition. The Government contemplates award of a multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year plus four additional one-year options.
