No incumbent contractor or current contractor information is identified in the solicitation materials. The specific award value and budget range are not disclosed in the published documents. Delivery is expected within 45 days of order receipt, with early and partial deliveries acceptable, and the standard turnaround time for overhaul work is 30 days after material receipt. Performance of work will take place at the contractor's FAA-certified facility, with component work ultimately supporting Coast Guard operations at the Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
