About this opportunity
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center has published a Special Notice for an upcoming Industry Day event related to the NASA Open Innovation Services 3 (NOIS3) acquisition. NOIS3 is a planned multiple-award, fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that will have a period of performance from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2030.
The purpose of the Industry Day is to facilitate open communications with industry about the NOIS3 acquisition. The event will include a presentation and a Question and Answer (Q&A) session, and will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on March 27, 2024. Interested parties must RSVP by March 21, 2024 using the provided form. NASA plans to release the Industry Day presentation charts prior to the event, and will post the Government's official responses to questions from the Q&A session on SAM.gov and the NOIS3 website afterwards. There is no set-aside for the NOIS3 acquisition, which will be a full and open competition, though the final decision on socioeconomic preferences has not yet been determined.
