The contract will be performed to support research activities at the National Institutes of Health facility in Bethesda, Maryland. The procurement is justified under FAR 6.302 as a sole source acquisition, though the government has indicated that other interested parties may identify their capabilities to respond to the notice. Offerors must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide required certifications including representations regarding telecommunications and video surveillance equipment.
