**Amendment 0001 has been posted.  Please use the conformed copy of the SF1442 solicitation to submit proposals**

Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD201215, Maintain Airfield Striping at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the technical specifications and drawings. The contractor shall perform the application of markings within the airfield perimeter fence to the airfield ramp, taxi and hangar floors to delineate hangar door clear zones. The pavement marking work shall include necessary removals (water blasting or sand blasting), reflective pavement markings, non-reflective pavement markings, restricted area pavement markings, and necessary layout to complete the work detailed in the plans and the contract with other construction support as the required.


NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00


Work on this contract shall be completed non-stop during day light hours in the controlled movement area with all on-site work being completed within 20 calendar days. The total performance period shall be 45 days, allowing time for material procurement etc. All work shall be coordinated with Base Operation. A winter exclusion period of 1 October -15 May


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $36.5 M.


This acquisition will be solicited 100% Small Business. All contractors MUST be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database or their proposal WILL NOT be considered for award. Contractors can obtain further information on the SAM database at the website https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies or CD-ROMS will be issued.
