NOTE: A pre-bid conference will be conducted on THURSDAY, MAY 11, 2017 at 1:00 PM (local time) for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at the 148th Base Civil Engineer Office, 4630 Mustang Drive, Duluth, MN 55811. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. The site visit will be held following the conference.

The Minnesota National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for construction services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of Load Crew Training and Weapons Release Shops at the Duluth Air National Guard, Duluth, Minnesota. This project includes but is not limited to the construction of approximately 20,000 SF of an aircraft certification bay and associated shop and support facilities. Also shops and offices to support the Weapons Release Shops. Upon completion of the building; demolition of Building 219 will be completed. In addition to a base price for the work described above, the solicitation includes Government Options for this project. 1. Exterior: 2. Floor Finish: 3. Casework & Accessories: 4. Equipment - Automated Tool Storage: 5. Electrical Items - Card Reader Access: 6. Interior Items - Window Shades & Monitor Mounts.

The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about April 18, 2017. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or about April 26, 2017.
