This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for Janitorial Services at DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA (DDJC) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all PWS Attachments. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this RFQ. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.  This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. 

This RFQ is a 100% Small Business 8(a) Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 and the size standard is $19.5 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is S201.

ELECTRONIC SOLICITATION: This combined synopsis/solicitation, including all attachments, and any amendments, is only available electronically at the website www.sam.gov. Offerors are cautioned that it is their responsibility to access the website for any amendments that may be issued under the solicitation. There will be no advance notification of amendment issuance. Offerors are advised to consult the website frequently to check for any amendments since an amendment may be issued up until the quote submission due date and time. Failure to acknowledge amendments may render your quote non-responsive and ineligible for award.

Period of performance:  One (1) Base Year of twelve (12) months and four (4) twelve (12) month Option Years. The period of performance is anticipated to be as follows:

Contract Phase-In – 01 August 2022 through 30 September 2022

Base Year -01 October 2022 through 30 September 2023

Option Year 1 (if exercised):  01 October 2023 through 30 September 2024

Option Year 2 (if exercised):   01 October 2024 through 30 September 2025

Option Year 3 (if exercised):  01 October 2025 through 30 September 2026

Option Year 4 (if exercised):    01 October 2026 through 30 September 2027
