About this opportunity
The National Institute of Health Clinical Center intends to sole-source a fixed-price preventative maintenance and certification contract to Hill-Rom with a deadline for capability statements of August 27, 2026. The contract covers preventative maintenance and certification of 49 overhead Hill-Rom lifts, 23 portable/sit-to-stand lifts, and 41 medical gas booms. NIH-CC will consider capability statements from all responsible sources submitted by email to valerie.gregorio@nih.gov (subject line: NOI-CC-OLAO-26-008408) by 12:00 PM Eastern time on August 27, 2026. The Government reserves sole discretion to determine whether to proceed with competition based on responses received. This notice is not a request for proposal.
