USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-R anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 28 Dec 2011 for Aerial Delivery Services (ADS) in support of Air Mobility Command (AMC) air crew training requirements at Joint Base Charleston, SC; Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; Dyess AFB, TX; and Fort Bragg, NC.
A pre-proposal conference will be held at each of the four locations for the purpose of reviewing the solicitation, accepting questions, and touring the Government-furnished facilities.
A TENATIVE schedule for the pre-proposal conferences is herein provided. A DRAFT copy of each Performance Work Statement (PWS) is also herein provided.
This is NOT a request for offerors to submit proposals. This information is provided in advance of issuing the solicitation and is FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.
A final schedule for the pre-proposal conferences and a final copy of each PWS will be provided when the solicitation is issued.

USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-R anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 28 Dec 2011 for Aerial Delivery Services (ADS) in support of Air Mobility Command (AMC) Air Crew training requirements at Joint Base Charleston, SC; Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; Dyess AFB, TX; and Pope AFB (Pope Field), NC. The contractor shall rig and prepare aerial delivery platforms; manage information and resources to support air crew Aerial Delivery training; inspect, clean, store, repair, and pack parachutes; and recover air drop training platforms and equipment from drop zones. The contractor shall provide all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, material, facilities, and other items and services, (except as specified within the contract as government-furnished materials, equipment, facilities, services, and training), as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Performance period will be 1 Aug 2012 through 30 Sep 2012. Four (4) one year options will allow performance through 30 Sep 16. A pre-proposal conference will be held at each of the four locations for the purpose of reviewing the solicitation, accepting questions, and touring the Government-furnished facilities. The actual dates and times for the pre-proposal conferences will be posted as information becomes available. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. One contract for all four locations will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. This requirement will be Full and Open Competition.
