Notice of Intent to Sole-Source an Acquisition
Under Statutory Authority U.S.C. 253(c)(1) the Government anticipates entering into sole-source procurement negotiations with LPIT Solutions to continue leasing their TrackCore Software for the Milwaukee VA Medical Center, the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, the North Chicago FHCC, the Madison VA Hospital, and the Iron Mountain VAMC. However, all interest received on or before June 30, 2021, 0900 Local Time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
