1.  Will the Government accept a validity period for the proposal?


Answer: Include the validity period in your proposal. 


 


2.  What is estimated date of award (month/year)?


Answer: Intend to award by 30 Sep 2018 or sooner.


 


3.  What is the year for initial pricing?


Answer: See answer to question 2 and the solicitation requirements.


 


4.  What year is the first delivery requested?


Answer: See answer to question 2 and the solicitation requirements.


 


5.  (a)  Will you accept our proposal in two separate submissions, i.e. Proposal and Pricing per on-line website requirement?


     (b)  In addition to the electronic submission, will you also accept a hard copy?


Answer: Proposals, including pricing, must be submitted electrically via FedBizOpps; this is the official submitted copy with respect to date/time submitted.  There is no need to send a separate hard copy by mail.

The solicitation close date and time IS NOT CHANGED and is February 08, 2018, 4:00 P.M. Local Time.
