About this file
This document is a Vendor Performance Report (SPO 206) from the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office, specifically completed by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's Water Quality Division. The report involves Harris Environmental Group, Inc. as the vendor, with Matt Robinson from ADEQ as the requestor and Kelsey Hollien as the vendor's contact.
The contract (CTR056544) is for environmental services, specifically Streamflow Duration Assessment Method (SDAM) surveys. Harris Environmental Group has completed 29 SDAM surveys from July 1, 2022 to June 15, 2023, with all deliverables completed on time and on budget. The surveys support determination of Flow Regimes for waterbodies, contribute to Waters of the United States evaluations, and assist with federal Clean Water Act and state Surface Water Protection Program assignments. The procurement officer, Patricia Lorenzen, reviewed the report on 6/20/2023 and determined no further action was required, indicating satisfactory vendor performance.
