Solicitation W91B4N-09-R-8016 Questions and Answers

1. Will there be portable water for the pressure washing.? (we are set up with tanks, all we need is to fill up our tanks)

A non-potable stationary water source will be available.

2. How is the eating situtation there. Do we need to bring enough food to last or is there grocery stores on base?

Government will provide meals.

3. Will sleeping quarters be avaliable to the contractors? If so, what are the rates per month?

Yes, Government will provide billeting at no cost to contractor. In some locations the accommodations could be extremely austere.

4. Will the contractors be able to purchase fuel on base? (trucks and generators)
Fuel will be provide at government expense.

5. Will the contractor be able to commuicate with his/her office in the states?

Contractor will need to purchase own telephone service.

6. Will the Contracting Officer be able to extend the response date back one week?

This is an urgent requirement--an extension will not be granted.
