The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota is currently evaluating competitive offers for the services described herein. You have been named as a point of contact for services previously provided by the contractor cited herein. Please provide the information requested in the questionnaire. The information you provide will become part of the source selection documentation, however your name will not be released to any of the parties. SOLICITATION: W913FT-16-Q-0004 -Dispatch and Driver Services
Brief Summary of the Requirements/Statement of Work in the current RFP being evaluated.
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) identifies driver and dispatch services required of SCO-
CO. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to provide the aforementioned services.
The Contractor shall provide fully qualified personnel who possess the training, skills, and experience to satisfactorily perform the required services. The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in this contract.

b. Definitions: Below is a series of ratings with relative examples & definitions which are used to assess the vendor’s performance.
E - Excellent The vendor exceled in all aspects of the service requirements with regards to timely performance, cost effective practices, flawless delivery and no contractual deficiencies. Produced the required reports, tasks, deliverables and invoicing prior to established due-dates.
G - Good The vendor/contractor performed the required effort in a professional manner, executed all aspects of the service requirements. Had little or no recorded discrepancies. Any discrepancies were remedied, recorded and reported within hours or days, but not weeks.
S - Satisfactory The vendor executed all aspects of the contract requirements. The vendor’s performance was professional and timely. The contractor required some additional guidance or interpretation of contract terms but with very few documented discrepancies. Discrepancies, if any, were resolved within a manner of weeks and not to exceed one month.
M - Marginal The vendor administered most of the contract requirements in a timely, professional manner. The vendor required periodic discrepancy reporting and lacked timely internal controls to remedy them. All discrepancies were resolved over a longer period of time. The government periodically lacked confidence in the contractor’s ability to provide the required services.
P - Poor The Government or customer lacked confidence in the vendor’s ability to consistently accomplish the required services. The vendor did not delivery all or some of the performance requirements within the contract.
NR - No Rating The contractor had little to no relevant performance data upon which to base a meaningful assessment.
