About this file

This amendment to a request for proposal provides clarification on scope items and specifications for a corrosion control renovation project at a Minnesota Air National Guard facility. Key details include confirmation that toilet paper holders, sanitary napkin disposal units, and mop/broom holders are excluded from the contract scope and will be provided by the base. The amendment also specifies an increased minimum thickness of 72 mil for the TPO membrane and notes the closing date will remain unchanged despite the amendment. The related federal contract opportunity solicits fixed-price proposals for the corrosion control renovation project, which is set aside for small businesses with a revenue size standard of $45 million. The project value is estimated between $1 million to $5 million to be awarded by the Department of the Army Minnesota Army National Guard.
