Question and Answer Set 1: Repairs to Project #201

Question #1: I saw the docs were posted for this project. I just wanted to confirm the bid date listed in the Solicitation. It is listed as 7/22 @ 11 am, which is a Saturday. I just wanted to make sure you wanted bids on a Saturday.

Answer #1: The closing date for solicitation has been changed to Monday, 24 July, at 1100 Local Time, Herlong, CA.

Question #2: We have also noticed that there were 5 pages of plans referenced but only 4 pages posted to the site. Sheet #4 with the bathroom detail was not posted. Was that left off the site intentionally?

Answer #2: The effort concerning the bathroom was removed from this requirement. Sheet 4 “Bathroom Detail” listed in the drawing titled “Project 201 Drawing RPR- Coversheet” was erroneously listed on the document. The only applicable sheets are:

Project 201 Drawing RPR – 1st Floor Project 201 Drawing RPR – 2nd Floor Project 201 Drawing RPR – Coversheet Project 201 Drawing RPR – Stairway Details

Question #3: Bid due Date: Per SF 1442 the date is 22 July 2017 11:00 AM, which is a Saturday—please clarify bid due date.

Answer #3: The closing date for solicitation has been changed to Monday, 24 July, at 1100 Local Time, Herlong, CA.

Question #4: RFI Cutoff: Per notation on FBO RFI will not be accepted within 7 days of bid close—is this date Friday July 14th or Saturday July 15th?

Answer #4: Per the change made to the closing date for the solicitation, RFIs will now no longer be accepted 7 days prior to 24 July 2017 (5 PM Local Time, Herlong, CA, on Monday 17 July 2017).
