Questions and Answers
Question 1: What does the priorities mean? Is it for purchase order, or installation order?
Government Answer 1: For this solicitation, the priorities have no bearing. This information is internal to the Government, that would have been meaningful in the event of limited funding. The Government has full funding.
Question 2: It is hard to provide a single delivered and install price per panel because of the multiple locations and parts of the country. Would you accept an individual price per location or by state?
Government Answer 2: No. Pricing must be proposed using the pricing schedule provided. Offerors can average or prorate higher or lower cost locations to arrive at their pricing.
Question 3: Can installation schedule be chosen by awarded supplier? We would prefer to install by state or region.
Government Answer 3: Yes, awardee determines their own install schedule.
