The PPQ requests information about the offeror's past performance on a specific contract, including the contract value, period of performance, scope of work, and an assessment of the offeror's performance in areas such as quality, schedule compliance, cost control, and business relations. The PPQ is to be completed by the assessor, not the offeror.
