About this file
This document contains a federal contract opportunity solicitation and an amendment to the solicitation.
The solicitation seeks replacement of the station service battery systems at the Fort Peck Project located in Fort Peck, Montana. The scope of work includes supplying and installing replacement battery banks and testing existing batteries at two power plants. Optional items include procurement of an inverter/charger, battery chargers, and a new battery rack if needed. The contractor must commence work upon award and complete within 210 days of the notice to proceed. A site visit is scheduled for June 20, 2023. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000 to $500,000.
The amendment updates language in section 2.0 general requirements regarding contractor personnel and subcontracting. It adds requirements for contractors to submit subcontractor information with proposals and obtain written approval before subcontracting work after award.
