Appendix A UPS/PPCS Battery Bank and Inverter Charger Information
UPS/PPCS Battery Bank
1. Existing are C&D Technologies product 4XTJ9 for our UPS system. There are 15 jars, 4 cells/jar, and battery voltage is 134.4V.
2. Existing rack dimensions are 170” in length and 19” in width. The containment dimensions are 172” in length and 20.5” in width. Containment width to remain the same to maintain walking space between PPCS battery and PP1 Station Service Battery.

Inverter Charger
1. Existing PPCS battery inverter charger is a Powerware 9170 with a max rating of 9kVA.
2. Powerware chassis can hold 6 modules, currently 4 power modules are ASY-0673 split-phase, and 1 charger module ASY-0675 (see images below).
