About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for elevator maintenance and repair services at John Day Dam in Oregon. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and repairs to elevators, escalators, and associated equipment and accessories at the dam. The selected contractor must be licensed for elevator repair in Oregon and use only manufacturer-recommended parts and lubricants for replacements or repairs. The amendment expands the full text of two clauses concerning option periods to extend services up to six months or the term of the contract up to five years. The closing date for responses to the solicitation is unchanged.
