Each report shall include previous monthly activity records, , survival summaries, tables, charts, and graphs showing survival results and colored photographs that are representative of site and plant conditions. Each yearly report shall summarize all preceding year’s results.
Provide a draft report for review and comment by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).
