ACIFS: The Automated Central Issue Facility System (ACIFS) automates information management related to the management of organizational clothing and individual equipment (OCIE), including accounting, issue, and inventory.
ACIIPS-R: The Automated Clothing Initial Issue Point System – Redesigned (ACIIPS-R) provides automated DA Form 3078 and on-line access to soldier clothing records for up to six months. Provides financial systems with costing data for issues by equipment code for Regular Army, Army Reserves, and National Guard. Updates inventory files each time an issue, return, exchange, or receipt is processed. Includes the Quality Logistics Management (QLM) module, which accounts for DLA clothing. Automates replenishment process, maintains current due-in status, and updates status based on SARSS input. Provides automated catalog updates and management reports.
Interfaces with RECBAS to build soldier records. Provides inventory count sheets, current balance comparison, and automated inventory adjustment reports. Resides on a Windows NT LAN with Windows-based workstations at the current Supply & Services Division CIIP.
AFMIS: Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) provides inventory control requirements, and receiving of subsistence for the Troop Issue Subsistence Activity. Provides management data and reports to the Installation Food Advisor for monitoring food service operations across the installation.
ALMS: The Automated Load Manifest System (ALMS) provides automated air load planning and execution for units deploying by air.
DPAS: The DOD Property Accounting System (DPAS) used by IPBO provides standardized, automated functional procedures and processes for property accounting, equipment management, and asset reporting. (Administer, Operate, and Use) System is scheduled to be replaced with the Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) Supply Property Module in fiscal year 2003. The Supply Property Module is a server-based system that performs similar functions as the AMEDDPAS system. GCSS-ARMY is the Army's new automated system, which will, over time, replace or interface to all existing standard Army automated systems.
AMS: The Automated Manifest system (AMS) provides receiving dispatch, and deployment for split operations functions that use global optical memory cards (OMC) that are read into the AMS database. AMS also scans data and downloads it into the AMS database. When data is reconciled, AMS generates Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDR) as necessary. As items are readied for dispatch, the outgoing data is scanned and downloaded into the AMS database and AMS produces tally sheets for use at the Direct Support Level. After the shipment is closed out, AMS creates and sends TD4 transactions. If items are to be redeployed, or the CRSP is operating as a “split operation”, TCN and LIN item data is downloaded to the AS database, which then generates OMCs and DD Forms 1987 for use at a forward CRP. Multi-pak packing lists
C-7.5.1-005-2 and OMDs are produced for use at a DSU. When shipments are closed LOGSAAS/BBC transactions are created and sent to provide support for in-transit visibility (ITV).
