RFP Section C PWS Paragraph 4.1RevisionRFP PWS paragraph 4.1 Key Qualifications, Certification and Capability Requirements has been deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 4.1 Key Qualifications, Certification and Capability Requirements: The Contractor shall at the time of award unless otherwise stated below possess the following qualifications, certifications and capabilities. See Amendment 0003 to W911NF-18-R-0001.
RFP Section C PWS Paragraph 4.1.3 Ammunition and ExplosivesRevisionRFP PWS paragraph 4.1.3 has been deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: This Certification is a mandatory requirement for performing required tasking at the US Army Blossom Point Range Facility. The BPRF Range Policy requires this training biannually. Ammunition and Explosives training that meets any of following regulations will be acceptable: AMC-Reg 350-4, Army-Reg 385-10, ATEC 385-1, DAPAM 385-63 & 64 and DOD 4145.26-M. Certification Training can be found through commercial vendors such as WEST INC (http://westinchsv.com), AMTEC COPR (https://www.amtec-corp.com/explosives-safety-training/) or equivalent. Personnel providing support on site at BPRF shall have this certification within 30-days after receipt of award. See Amendment 0003 to W911NF-18-R-0001.
RFP Section C PWS Paragraph 4.1.5 Commercial DiverRevisionRFP PWS paragraph 4.1.5 has been deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: This Certification is a mandatory requirement for conducting required surface and subsurface tasking. Associated of Diving Contractors International (ADCI), Association of Commercial Diving Educators (ACDE), etc. are sufficient. No specialty training outside Basic Level Certification is required. No diving below 50-meters is required. See Amendment 0003 to W911NF-18-R-0001.
RFP Section M, Paragraph M.3.1RevisionSection M.3.1 has been deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: M.3.1 Phase I - Pre-Evaluation Screening Compliance. The first phase of the evaluation is screening of all seven volumes of the proposals to validate compliance to the proposal submission instructions of Section L. If an Offeror’s proposal is determined to be non-compliant, the Offeror will be notified by the Contracting Officer of its non-compliance and the proposal submitted will not be eligible for award.
