About this file
This special notice solicits industry feedback on draft documents to support engineering, technical, logistics, and flight operation services for the Persistent Surveillance Systems-Tethered program. The Army Contracting Command intends to procure these services through full and open competition or a small business set-aside. Services may be performed at contractor facilities, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Yuma Proving Ground, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, or Sierra Army Depot in support of CENTCOM, AFRICOM, PACOM, EUCOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM. This notice is not a request for proposal but rather seeks input on draft documents with the projected issuance of a solicitation in June 2018. Questions should be directed to the listed contracting officers by the stated deadline.
