About this file
This special notice solicits industry feedback on draft documents to support engineering, technical, logistics, and flight operation services for the Persistent Surveillance Systems-Tethered program. Services may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition.
Potential performance locations include CENTCOM, AFRICOM, PACOM, EUCOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM areas including Tobyhanna US Army Depot, Yuma Proving Ground, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, and Sierra Army Depot. The Army intends to issue a solicitation in June 2018 for these services. This special notice is not itself a request for proposal and does not obligate the government to award any contracts. It seeks industry input on draft documents to support a future competitive procurement.
