About this file
This document provides answers to questions regarding discrepancies in the technical data package (TDP) for the Explosive Hazard Pre-detonation Roller System procurement. The Army Contracting Command - Warren intends to issue a competitive small business set-aside solicitation on or after January 29, 2019 for this system. The firm-fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract will have a minimum of 40 production units and a maximum of 370, as well as first article test assets and ancillary support parts. The TDP is export controlled and instructions for accessing it will be in the forthcoming draft solicitation. The answers clarify required material thicknesses and identification numbers in the TDP drawings, noting administrative corrections will be addressed via Class II Engineering Change Proposals processed after award. The Government will extend the solicitation closing date by less than one week from the original April 19, 2019 deadline.

8 TDP Drawing 12625714
Sheet 2 of 2, 12625714-9 calls out for a chamfer to be .38 x 45 degree inside the tube but on sheet 1 of the drawing shows welding between item 12625714-8 and 12625714-9 to be .375 which is required to have a chamfer for welding. Therefore, the chamfer call out for inside is wrong and should be outside 12625714-9.
