Reinforce piers with (6) #7's longitudinal steel and #4 ties at 18" starting 2" from the top of pier. 36 Is there a manufacturer for the Modular Mezzanine spec section 13 44 00 No specific manufacturer was used in the basis of design.
(1) Is the IW pipe cast iron, the spec do not list anything for industrial waste just waste and roof drains. (2) on the underflor plumbing drawings there is a note to the industrial waste pipe and the existing industrial waste pipe, cannot find anything on the structural drawings about what they are referring to.
The assumption is that the industrial waste pipe will be cast iron or accepted industry standard. The note should refer to the civil drawings.
