This document contains responses to questions from potential offerors on a solicitation for the addition and alteration of Building 1048, a fire station, at the ADAL Army National Guard facility. The solicitation seeks to add a new fire station bay and alter existing areas of the building, which must remain operational during construction. Key project details include concrete piers with a minimum depth of 8 feet, replacement of all ceiling tiles, addition of a PIV valve, and extension of the roof drain piping. The contractor will be responsible for removal and relocation of storage room equipment but the owner will move office furniture.
