The award will be made based on the best overall (i.e. best value) proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government, with appropriate consideration give the to the three (3) evaluation factors: Technical, Past Performance and Price.
The firm that represents that represents the Best Value to the Government will be selected for an award IAW FAR 15.1 Source Selection Processes and Techniques
