The pricing-only bid is for the OIG to acquire, install, and implement a comprehensive Case Management and Workflow System. This is an electronic-only submission, and no paper responses will be accepted. The instructions provide a link to a tutorial on how to respond electronically to an RFP.

Attachments Tab - Attach a completed Pricing document
Due to the Governor’s COVID-19 disaster proclamation, the closure of many State buildings, and the compelling interest in stopping the spread of the virus, State agencies will not accept offers via paper or manual submission. To allow electronic submittals for Request for Proposals, vendor submissions must be divided into two BidBuy Bids: one for the technical proposal and to attach all required documentation and the other for pricing. This ensures the vendor’s pricing proposal remains sealed until after technical evaluations are completed.
