Scope The contract is available for use by Wisconsin state agencies, UW campuses, and other entities authorized to use state contracts such as Wisconsin municipalities as cited in Wisconsin statutes s. 16.73.
This contract includes the secure recycling of computers, hard drives, TVs, monitors, handhelds and peripherals. It also includes the secure destruction of data (on-site data destruction is available) and resale of reusable equipment. Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations’ services include collection, consolidation, inventory, data wiping, media destruction, testing services, de-manufacturing for recycling, and shredding.
Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is certified to the National Association for Information Destruction (“NAID”) media destruction standard and is also certified to the e-Stewards Standard for Responsible Recycling. Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is ISO 9001 (Quality) & 14001 (Environmental) registered.
Pricing Pricing for this contract can be found in the “Complete Price List” document found here.
Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations provides secure pickup and transport of IT assets to its processing facility in Madison based on “freight zone rates.” Pickup fees are assessed based on the zone map found in the Complete Price List materials on VendorNet. The freight charge covers the pickup of up to 12 pallets (or 8,000 pounds of equipment).
Dynamic Lifecycle will pay for, or charge, a per-pound fee for the equipment collected based on rates outlined in the contract (e.g. Desktop Computer – pay $0.20/lb.; Laptop Computer – pay $1.00/lb., charge $0.10/lb for LCD monitors). This is called the “Contract Bulk Rate Processing Service Fees and Revenues.”
On-site hard drive destruction services are also offered by Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. This service is included with any ordered pickup (freight costs still apply). However, extra fees may apply beyond the prescribed quantity that is included in the cost of each pickup. Each agency should review the Complete Price List to determine if a request for onsite destruction services will result in additional fees.
