The Contractor shall only use pre-determined wood chip dumping sites as directed or approved by the Project Manager or Designee.
Absent such an agreement or in all other cases, the Contractor shall remove and dispose of all debris as an incidental item.

Dumping must occur directly before or directly after the crew arrives or leaves a worksite for the time to be added to the worksite start or stop time. If no dump notification is received by the Project Manager or Designee, no payment will be made.
All other wood waste dumping that is required throughout the course of the day will be paid in full, travel time included. When a mid-day chip dump is required, the Project Manager or Designee shall be notified beforehand, and the dump site shall be reviewed. If a mid-day dump is approved, only necessary personnel needed to dump should leave the worksite, and all other crew members shall remain onsite to remain productive during a “split crew” period.
