About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. BPM005664 for Advanced Water Purification Technical Support, issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's Procurement Office located in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary contractor proposing services is Stantec Consulting Services Inc, which is reviewing and suggesting modifications to various contract terms and conditions.
The RFP appears to be seeking technical support services related to advanced water purification, with Stantec proposing specific alternate language and rationales for multiple contract sections. The proposed modifications focus on narrowing liability clauses, clarifying indemnification terms, limiting audit rights, and establishing more precise standards for service performance. While specific pricing details are not explicitly outlined in these conformance statements, the document indicates Stantec is carefully negotiating the contractual framework to protect its interests while maintaining flexibility in service delivery. The contract seems to involve professional consulting services with potential multi-year implications, though the exact scope, duration, and total contract value are not definitively stated in these conformance statement attachments.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-2548(B), Contractor shall retain and shall contractually require each Subcontractor to retain books and records relating to performance under the Contract for the period specified in the statute and those retained books and records are subject to audit by State during that period.

It is agreed that Contractor will be responsible for primary loss investigation, defense, and judgment costs where this indemnification is applicable.
