About this file

This document outlines the Special Terms and Conditions for a state and local contract opportunity for the provision of QQ goods. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with evaluation based on net prices. The purchasing agency reserves the right to cancel the contract with 60 days' written notice, and the contractor may also terminate the contract after the initial 12-month period with 60 days' notice. The desired delivery time is 30 calendar days after receipt of order.

The document provides details on the bid acceptance period, which is 30 days, and the eVA order and contract process, which will result in two purchase orders with the applicable eVA transaction fee assessed for each order. Pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding requirements, and other financial details are not included in this document.
