Appendix K-Economic Order Quantities Proposal-6Feb20.xlsx

This is a solicitation for a strategic contract to supply 215,838 National Stock Numbers in Federal Stock Group 53 (hardware and abrasives items) to the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation. The proposed indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity commercial contract would have a base period of three and a half years including a 180-day transition period, and two three-year option periods, for a total potential duration of nine and a half years. Pricing would use economic price adjustments. The solicitation seeks to bundle these requirements to achieve measurable benefits including cost savings, price reductions, quality improvements, reduced acquisition cycle times, and better terms and conditions equivalent to at least five percent of the estimated contract value including options. The government will competitively award a single contract and use best value selection methods. Letters of interest in subcontracting will be shared with the awardee.
