Text version
1. On ATT 11, it is referencing Contract SP4500-16-D-0008, which I believe is the Arizona/Yuma contract. I believe the Current Camp Pendleton Contract is SP4500-16-D-0006. Can this be corrected?
Corrected. The original Attachment 11 was incorrect. Updated with new Attachment 11.
1. Is the almost 8 million pounds of NR01 project driven or a normal occurrence? What is the material?
According to the program office, this is an average amount. This contract has disposed of 13,000,000 pounds in the last 5 years. The program office understands this material to be soil.
1. I see the due date in 3pm on June 6th, is that correct because June 6th falls on a Saturday?
Correct, the due date is Saturday, June 6th. Offers may be accepted earlier than the 6th.
1. I also see that NR93 & NR94 have estimated quantities in the base period, but it states that they are only available during the option period, Is this correct?
CLINs NR93/94 are only be available on the option period. A different contract (the AFFF West Contract, SP450019D0013) will service these CLINs during the base period.
1. Is NR90 also included in the “Available during Option Period” as well, it doesn’t state that but has the same RCRA requirement as NR93 & NR94?
CLIN NR90 is on both periods.
