Note: The 4-character Base CLIN followed by the 2-character CLIN Suffix collectively comprises the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). "Permissible EPA Waste Codes" (5th Column) does not imply that any or all of those waste codes indicated will apply, but that no other waste code(s) may apply. The term "Listed" does not imply that all EPA Listed Waste Codes may apply. Rare/exotic EPA Listed Waste Codes or combinations thereof may be handled on a case-by-case basis, with consideration given to those Waste Codes that are Permitted and accepted by the TSD Facilities and their locations relative to the Generator locations.
